His path to dentistry
A Modern Approach To Family Dentistry
Dr. Ashworth grew up in Battle Ground, Washington. He began his college studies in electrical engineering before choosing dentistry and completing his dental education in Buffalo, New York.
While serving in the United States Air Force, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency and an additional preceptorship. He later relocated to the Kansas City area with his wife.
That mix of technical training and service informs the way he explains treatment: clearly, carefully, and with attention to the person behind the procedure.
Beyond the office
Projects, Family Time & The Great Outdoors
Dr. Ashworth enjoys home-improvement projects, designing T-shirts, and building Lego projects with his children. He also spends time cycling, camping, hiking, skiing, and swimming.
He and his wife have six children, making family life a meaningful part of the perspective he brings to caring for patients of different ages.
